Who we are

Vanza Studio (“Vanza”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-native production studio. We are the party responsible for the personal information collected through this website (the “data controller”). For any privacy question or request, reach us at hello@vanzastudio.com.

Information we collect

How we use it, and our legal basis

We use your information only to:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies & analytics

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Vanza, and only for that purpose:

Each provider handles your data under its own agreement and privacy policy, and only as needed to provide its service to us.

International transfers

We operate from Poland and work with clients in the US, Canada, the UK and the EU. Some of our providers are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. Where the law requires it, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent framework).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in contact and a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Client details are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support the work and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Ask us to erase your details and we will, unless we're legally required to keep them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. If you're in California, you may request to know or delete your information; we do not sell it. To exercise any of these, just email hello@vanzastudio.com - it's free, and we'll respond within the time the law allows.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep what you share with us safe.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or the law change. We'll post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date.
